C.Ronaldo Snubbed by a kid..

I watched Real unveiled their latest buy Cristaino Ronaldo. A kid publicly declared his love for Kaka instead of C. Ron when he was asked by the presenter which was his fav. footballer. He pulled the longest face ever when he had to wear C. Ron's Shirt. He looked soooo unwillingly to take a picture with the ho-loving C. Ron. Was sooo hilarious!

Well, Kaká is no longer a rossonero. Just 3 weeks ago, I bumped into him while jogging. Now, he is gone from Milan. Coincidence again??

The Jinxed Ones

It's strange but true. I think I have managed to jinx some players.
One fine day, I was taking a walk outside Milanello, some players just happened to come out from their training session.

The first one was Emerson Ferreira da Rosa , the ex-Milan Midfielder. Shortly after the encounter, he and A.C Milan arrived at a mutual consent to abrogate his contract due to personal reasons.

Next, Marco Borriello, the Milan Striker. At that time, his x-girlfriend, the slutty fame-ho was taking part in "Celebrity Island" in Italy. Soon after the programme ended, which was not too long after I have seen him, they basically broke up. The fact that she cheated on him infront of National T.V . Poor dude. But things did not end there, he got injured and was out for the whole seasoon!
Coincidence? I think not.

Paolo Cesare Maldini was out next from their training ground. The beloved captain of Milan shortly annouced that this would be his last season. During the final match in San Siro, he did not exactly get the response he wanted from the fans or should I say the ultras. In fact, he was whistled off.

Christian Brocchi was next. He moved to Lazio. Enough said.

Football season over?

Well, finally the Seria A has ended. So, is football season over? I think not. My husband is still fixated to the TV. There are friendlies matches, and the Confederations cup is starting soon! The pre-season for his fav. team is starting earlier than usual this year. Hmmm, maybe I should start supporting a Seria A team too.

Inspiring music that footballers and coaches listen to

Footballers and coaches love nothing more than listening to inspirational music before heading into battle. The key to a winning performance on the pitch? The right music.. and some of them can be down right crappy!

Let's start of with Barcelona's Coach - Pep Guardiola. (The REAL special one)
Pep Guardiola is a big fan of the English band and has decided to use their music to inspire his players. Since taking over Barcelona, he has requested the music of Coldplay be played on all bus trips to the stadium to inspire the team. Hit or Miss with the music? I say it is definately a HIT! He has won 3 important titles this season, beating Mtd Utd 2-0 during the Champions League Final. Two thumbs up for Pep Guardiola since I am also a Coldplay's fan!

Next Stop Steven Gerrard, Captain of Liverpool F.C.
Steven G. has had his ups and downs for this season. Beating Man Utd at Old Trafford was definately an "UP". Losing the league title to the Red Devils must have been a "DOWN". That was heart breaking infact. Ok, back to the music. So what music inspires The Red's Captain? Well, it is none other then Kings of Leon. A band from across the pond. Hit or Miss? A hit. Stevie G's has good taste in music, not too sure about his missus though.

Cristiano Ronaldo is next.
The Portuguese/Winker footballer who likes to shag with his UV protected sunnies (According to Kickette). So we can roughly imagine that his taste in music would be as tacky as his personal style. His choice of music for inspiration is Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca. Hit or Miss? Without any doubts, MISS.

Next is another Portuguese, the one and only SPECIAL ONE, José Mourinho.
